How the group works
Four companies. One contract. One site team.
Lynch Brother Homes is the main contractor. J & H Lynch does the floor screed, the render and the wall insulation. Noble Painting and Decorating finishes the rooms. Lynch Brother Property Services looks after the building once it is in use. On most sites the main contractor buys the trades in. In this group every core trade is in-house: one site team sets the sequence, and the price comes from the people who will build it. You sign one contract with one name, from survey to handover, and the directors are on site.
Lynch Brother Homes
Main contracting, new build, fit out and refurbishment
The main contracting company at the centre of the group.
What it does. Lynch Brother Homes runs the site. It is the group's main contractor and design and build partner, and it delivers the new build construction and the fit out and refurbishment work. Its projects run from new builds and extensions to loft and garage conversions, full renovations, kitchens and bathrooms.
How it works. Henry and John Lynch, both qualified carpenters who came up through apprenticeships, direct the company. It is TrustMark registered and a member of the Federation of Master Builders, and its team is more than fifty strong. It works across Oxford, Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
Where it fits. On a group project it holds the contract and the programme. The floors, the render, the insulation and the finishes come from the other three companies as its own trades, not as subcontractors.
J & H Lynch
Liquid screed, spray render, external wall insulation and plastering
The company that lays the floors and insulates and renders the outside walls.
What it does. J & H Lynch pumps liquid floor screed, anhydrite or cementitious, by machine. It sprays render in monocouche, silicone, acrylic and dash systems, fits external wall insulation, and plasters: skim coats, dry lining and spray plaster.
How it works. Every crew is its own. The company does not subcontract, and its installers are approved by Cemfloor, Tarmac Topflow, Flowcrete, Weber, K Rend and Parex. It has been family run since 2019. It is based in Oxford and works within 125 miles of the city.
Where it fits. Inside the group it delivers screed, render and insulation, and the fabric side of every retrofit and decarbonisation project. Outside it, the same teams work as a package for main contractors, developers, architects and self-builders.
Noble Painting and Decorating
Painting, wallcoverings, spray finishes and tiling
The decorators and tilers who finish every project.
What it does. Noble paints inside and out. It hangs wallcoverings and feature walls, lays wall and floor tiles, and applies spray finishes, protective coatings, decorative finishes and panelling.
How it works. The company is family run, established in 2021 and based in Oxford, and it works across the south east of England. It chooses eco-friendly products and practices where it can.
Where it fits. On the group's own projects Noble delivers the decorating and finishes. For main contractors, shopfitters, independent builders and private clients it works as a package in its own right.
Lynch Brother Property Services
Property management and planned maintenance
The newest company, and the one that looks after a building once it is in use.
What it does. Lynch Brother Property Services runs planned maintenance programmes, carries out repairs, and manages commercial buildings on their owners' behalf.
How it works. The group's own trades do the work. One call covers the fabric, the floors and the finishes.
Where it fits. It closes the loop. The companies that build a project are the companies that look after it.
