A lease ends. The top floor is stripped back to the schedule and handed over on the date.

Years on, the building is upgraded: insulation renewed, new glazing, a heat pump and panels on the roof.

Groundworks, masonry, screed, render, external wall insulation, decorating and tiling are our own trades, employed within the group. One site team sequences them to one programme, with one contract and one point of accountability. The team that prices the work is the team that builds it. Specialist frames and building services go in under our management.
Much of our work is in buildings that stay open: a college in term, a laboratory next to one still running, a shop that is trading. We plan the hours, the noisy work and the deliveries with you before we start, and the same site team keeps to them. That is how we work across Oxfordshire.
Services
The Lynch Brother Group provides commercial construction services across Oxford and Oxfordshire, for businesses, landlords, institutions and developers. We work as main contractor and design and build partner. We deliver new build construction, with our own teams doing the screed, render and insulation. We carry out the fit out and refurbishment of buildings people already occupy, and the decorating and finishes that complete a project. Once the building is in use, our property management and maintenance keeps it in repair. At the end of a lease we carry out dilapidations works. When a building must use less energy, we deliver retrofit and decarbonisation. One contractor prices, programmes and delivers each service, so you have one contract and one team.
